
The film ‘Victory’, starring Lee Byung-hun and Yoo Ah-in, has maintained its throne for the second consecutive day.
According to the integrated computer network for movie ticket sales from the Korean Film Council on the 28th, ‘Victory’ (directed by Kim Hyung-joo) attracted 60,940 viewers the previous day, keeping it at the top of the box office. The film tells the story of Korea's greatest Go legend, Cho Hun-hyun (played by Lee Byung-hun), who challenges the peak once again after losing a match against his disciple. The cumulative audience number is over 156,000.
In second place is ‘Attack on Titan: The Final Season - The Last Attack’ (directed by Hayashi Yuichiro), which attracted about 14,800 viewers, bringing its cumulative audience to approximately 450,000. This film is the concluding installment of the popular anime series ‘Attack on Titan’ and has become the highest-grossing film among those exclusively shown in Megabox.
‘Mickey 17’ (directed by Bong Joon-ho) has fallen to third place, attracting 8,985 viewers on the same day, with a cumulative audience of 2,898,528.
Following them, ‘Flow’ and ‘Conclave’ ranked fourth and fifth, respectively.
Meanwhile, as of 7:30 AM on the same day, the real-time reservation rate shows ‘Victory’ (directed by Kim Hyung-joo) in an overwhelming first place, with about 80,000 reserved tickets and a reservation rate of 32.1%. Following it are Ha Jung-woo's directorial work ‘Lobby’ and ‘Attack on Titan: The Final Season - The Last Attack’.
