The team of the movie ‘Opposition’ is teaming up with the police to eradicate drugs.

According to the Gyeonggi Northern Police on the 10th, drug testing kits will be distributed to audiences attending the ‘Opposition’ preview at Megabox, CGV, Lotte Cinema, and a notice about combating drug crimes will be broadcast on the screen before the screening.

Additionally, a ticket reservation verification event will be held on the distributor's social media, and participants will receive police mascot goods featuring Podori and Posuni.

This collaboration was planned to convey the social message of ‘Opposition’ and raise public awareness about the dangers of drugs.

A representative from ‘Opposition’ stated, “This campaign aims to deliver the social message of ‘Opposition’ and raise public awareness about the dangers of drugs,” adding, “By combining film and public institutions, we will create a strong synergy and contribute to the dissemination of social messages.”

The movie ‘Opposition’ is a crime action film that unfolds as a broker designing the drug scene in South Korea, a prosecutor aiming for higher positions, and a detective who is committed to eradicating drug crimes, all intertwined with different objectives. It stars actors Park Hae-jun, Yoo Hae-jin, Ryu Kyung-soo, and Chae Won-bin, and is set to be released on the 16th.

‘Opposition’ is a slang term referring to brokers who provide drug-related information to investigative agencies for financial gain.
