According to the music industry on the 18th, the Seoul Rehabilitation Court's 16th Division declared a simplified bankruptcy for TR Entertainment on the 13th.
Founded in June 2020, TR Entertainment was primarily led by the late Shin Sa-dong Tiger in production. The group TRI.BE, as well as singer Yuseong-eun and former EXID member Ellie, were affiliated with the company.
Industry insiders explained that after the late Shin Sa-dong Tiger passed away, the company faced a halt in investments and a decline in sales, leading to management difficulties. Consequently, it ultimately proceeded to bankruptcy.
The late Shin Sa-dong Tiger passed away in February of last year.
