Choi Si-hoon, a businessman and former actor who is the husband of singer Ailee, has opened up about the misunderstandings he has faced.

In this video, Choi Si-hoon mentioned the rumors surrounding him. He stated that while he was active as an actor, he appeared on ‘Solo Hell’ and said, “The rumors started after episodes 3-4 aired. The reactions were serious, and there were many people enjoying the rumors.”
At that time, some online communities circulated rumors that Choi Si-hoon was a so-called Gangnam host bar player (male employee at a bar). In relation to this, Choi Si-hoon said, “I am not a host bar player. I can stake my life on this rumor. I was an unknown actor and an ordinary person, and since it was my first experience like this, I felt very unfair. I had quit my part-time job after acting.”
He continued, “I was working on my inner self through acting training, but when such things happened, everything crumbled, and I felt very unfair. I felt so unfair that I thought I had to say that it wasn’t true, so I posted a statement (at that time), and about 40-50 articles came out,” he lamented.
