The group Ablume reunites with fans through a documentary after a long hiatus. They share their honest stories of taking care of themselves, healing, and rediscovering their passion for singing and dancing in everyday life, not on stage.

On the 31st, Ablume released the first episode of their documentary series 'The Story of Ablume' titled 'When Tiny Changes Occur' on their official YouTube channel. This documentary is a sincere record of the three members who have come down from the glamorous stage to face their inner selves and heal their minds and bodies in ordinary daily life. The voices of individuals 'Jung Se-hyun (Sena)', 'Jung Ji-ho (Sio)', and 'Jung Eun-ah (Aran)', who are not just members of Ablume, convey the process of recovering their lives through the hiatus and ultimately finding their way back to singing and dancing.

The video begins with warm memories from the members' childhood. Their confessions about "happy times singing with my younger sibling in the living room since I was little" and "I had no worries when I danced" show the pure beginnings of their love for music. However, they also honestly share the pain of being isolated in the face of the walls of reality in the past.

Each member filled their lives again in their own way and at their own pace. Their daily lives are depicted calmly as they walked the path of recovery, soothing their hearts by the sea at Gwangalli, having conversations with themselves in a quiet café through journaling, and organizing their thoughts through guitar and knitting.

In particular, this documentary contains honest confessions from the members about why music was an irreplaceable part of their lives, beyond just liking it. From statements like "The first thing that came back was dancing" and "I decided to give love back to my voice," one can feel that the members are growing alongside music. One member states in the video, "Music sometimes felt like a heavy burden, but now that music makes me feel alive again," while another member shares, "I felt like I would disappear if I didn't keep moving forward," conveying courage for a new beginning.

The Ablume documentary series 'The Story of Ablume' consists of a total of six episodes, and the members' daily lives and inner stories will be released sequentially in the future. The real story of Ablume, which has become stronger at the boundary between music and life, is just beginning.

A representative from Ablume's agency, Massive VNC, stated, "This documentary is a special record that captures the sincerity and inner selves of each individual, not just the stars 'Jung Eun-ah', 'Jung Se-hyun', and 'Jung Ji-ho'," adding, "The essential stories of Ablume's music and life will resonate deeply with fans and provide new fans with an opportunity to understand them more deeply."
