The group NewJeans has resumed their SNS after a long time.
The members of NewJeans communicated with fans through their official account 'mhdhh'. The members had been using the team name 'NJZ' until recently, but the court ruled in favor of the injunction filed by their former agency, Ador, preventing them from using that name. They then changed it to a name derived from the members' initials.
NewJeans said, "Each letter is precious, and we read them every day without fail," and expressed their heartfelt emotions by saying, "I can't help but cry because I can feel the words of comfort, encouragement, and love from you all."
They continued, "To be honest, sometimes I feel scared to receive so much love. So, I try to be someone that Bunnies can be proud of. We are going through a tough time right now, but I gain the most strength when I communicate with Bunnies. I really wanted to talk to Bunnies a lot right now."
They added, "The letters sent by Bunnies are a great source of strength. I imagine Bunnies writing the letters as I read them. It feels like Bunnies are sitting in front of me and talking directly, and it's amazing how it seems like Bunnies know me better than I know myself."
The members said, "These days, I am trying to feel my emotions more. But when I read the letters written by Bunnies, my heart becomes richer, and I can look deeper into myself. Thank you, Bunnies. I love you, Bunnies. You have worried about us a lot, but we think we can meet Bunnies anytime, so we are not struggling at all."
The currently inactive members hinted at their future activities, saying, "There will be songs that Bunnies love, songs that can make Bunnies happy, and times when we can all enjoy together."

The members of NewJeans started independent activities after their contract with Ador was terminated due to a breach of contract last November. Additionally, the members aimed for new activities under the new team name 'NJZ'.
In response, Ador filed an injunction in January requesting to "prevent the members from independently signing advertising contracts." The court ruled that the reasons for Ador's breach of contract were not sufficiently proven and accepted the injunction. Furthermore, Ador had also filed a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract with the members.
After the injunction ruling, the members declared that they would temporarily suspend all activities, stating, "We respect the court's decision," during their performance in Hong Kong.
