The global rock band Coldplay held a collaborative stage with the group TWICE as part of their second concert in South Korea.

On the afternoon of the 16th, at the Goyang Sports Complex in Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province, Coldplay's concert 'LIVE NATION PRESENTS COLDPLAY: MUSIC OF THE SPHERES DELIVERED BY DHL' took place. This concert marks the beginning of a total of six performances scheduled for the 18th-19th, 22nd, and 24th-25th. Each performance is expected to attract around 30,000 attendees, totaling an estimated 180,000 audience members.

The concert was divided into four sections. In the first section, 'Planets', Coldplay continuously delivered global hits such as 'Music of the Spheres', 'Higher Power', 'Adventure of a Lifetime', 'Paradise', and 'The Scientist', captivating the audience without a break.

After passing through the second session 'Moons', in the third session 'Stars', Coldplay caught attention by collaborating with TWICE members on the stage of 'We Pray'. Chris Martin greeted the audience, saying, "Thank you, TWICE." The members did not make any special comments.

This concert marks Coldplay's first performance in South Korea in eight years since their first concert in 2017, generating great anticipation among domestic fans upon the announcement. The response was explosive, with most of the initially planned four performances selling out through artist pre-sales and Live Nation pre-sales. In response, Coldplay added two more performances to accommodate fans who couldn't secure tickets.

Coldplay's recent tour has focused on environmental aspects, reducing CO2e emissions by 59% compared to previous stadium tours through innovative sustainability measures. Their latest album, 'Moon Music', released last year, became the world's first to be released as a 140g 'EcoRecord rPET LP' in addition to CD format.

During the concert, some standing areas featured a kinetic floor, allowing some audience members to generate electricity by moving on it. Additionally, a 'Power Bike' was installed, enabling audience members to ride bicycles while watching the performance to generate electricity needed for the show, drawing attention.
