Mun Sua of the group Billie conveyed her longing for her late brother, Moon Bin.
On the 19th, Mun Sua opened up on her SNS, asking, "Are you doing well, brother?" as she reminisced about Moon Bin.
She shared, "I sang for the first time while thinking of you, brother. It may not be perfect, but I hope you understand my sincerity," adding, "I guess I wanted to do well for you. I wanted to convey my feelings this way."
She continued, "I’m really living hard. There are days when I endure and days when I’m a mess, but I tried to live more courageously, thinking that you would say 'You did well' if you saw me."
Mun Sua expressed her feelings, saying, "These days, I sometimes see you in my dreams. Not often, but it was nice. When we meet again later, please carry me and hug me a lot. And you don’t have to say anything, just say one thing: 'Sua, you’ve worked hard.'" She concluded with heartfelt words, "Let’s be eternal, Moon siblings. I would still want to be your brother if I were to be reborn. I truly miss you and love you."
Moon Bin suddenly left the public on April 19, 2023, at the age of 25. After her brother's passing, Mun Sua temporarily halted her activities.
Astro, along with fellow artists, will release a new song in memory of late Moon Bin. The single "Moon" featuring Astro (MJ, JinJin, Cha Eun-woo, Yoon San-ha), VIVIZ, Monsta X's Minhyuk, Kihyun, I.M, Seventeen's Hoshi, Wonwoo, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Hello Gloom, Laki, Choi Yoojung, Kim Doyeon, SF9's Chanhee, Stray Kids' Bang Chan, and Billie’s Mun Sua will be released at 6 PM on the same day.
The Astro members prepared this new song with heartfelt wishes to provide comfort and a gift to fans who remember and love Moon Bin.
Born in 1998, Moon Bin debuted in 2016 as part of Astro and has been actively working both domestically and internationally. Before his debut with Astro, he appeared in TVXQ's "Balloon" music video as "Little TVXQ" in 2006 and played a child role of actor Kim Bum in the drama "Boys Over Flowers" in 2009, showcasing his talent as a child actor. In addition to his activities with Astro, he also worked as a unit "Moon Bin & Sanha" with member Sanha.
